I just knew after going through all of my playlists that Play The Horns just needed to be shared on reopening day of my site! This kooky mix of 21 tracks all have epic horn sections that will make your heart soar if you’re into that kinda thing. Highlighted tracks include Patrice Rushen’s 1982 classic Forget Me Nots, featuring its iconic saxophone solo from Gerald Albright as well as Fleur East’s fiery 2014 debut single Sax. There is also an entire Beehive moment with three of Beyonce’s best solo tracks.

This playlist is JUICY. Inspired by Mtume’s 1983 single Juicy Fruit this lil collection of 10 tracks is a journey across multiple decades of musical creativity. I love a good sample and Juicy Fruit is a GREAT sample that has been used quite a few times since its original release. From the Notorious B.I.G to Tamar Braxton, Juicy Fruit has inspired artists across many different genres of music.
